If you are a TransIP customer and can't find the answer to your question in our Knowledge Base, we have specialists standing by to assist you through the control panel. They will hand you the tools and knowledge to find the right solution.

Our specialists are not able to access your services directly and therefore will not configure these for you.

If you are not a TransIP customer and you would like to inquire about our services, please leave a message at sales@transip.eu and you will receive a response on that same day.

Monday to Friday

On weekdays our specialists are standing by between 9:00am - 12:00am CE(S)T.

On December 31st we have a different availability. On this day, our specialists are standing by between 9:00am - 10:00pm CE(S)T.

You will receive a response within 60 minutes.

Saturday, Sunday, and holidays

On weekends our specialists are standing by between 11:00am - 7:00pm CE(S)T.

During weekends and holidays we strive to deliver a response within 90 minutes.

We will investigate the issue internally and follow up on your complaint on the following workday to find a fitting solution.
