I wish to report a (network) failure

We monitor our network 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In case our services are unavailable, there is always a dedicated standby employee available, who is directly notified by our monitoring system. Our standby employee will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We will always keep you informed by sending an email to the email address that you have set in your control panel. Make sure that you have checked the maintenance and incident notifications in your control panel under "My Account" > "Information".

However, if you wish, you can report a network failure 24 hours a day by calling +31-715241919. Please note that our support department is not available by phone for questions and that certain conditions apply for reporting a failure by phone;

o The failure you would like to report must be a network failure, or there should be a reasonable doubt that your issue is related to a network failure.

o VPS: We recommend that you test your VPS functionality through the console in your control panel before you submit the failure. In case your VPS is active and your IP addresses are reachable, you can assume that the problem is not a network-level interruption and most likely lies within your configuration.

o Webhosting: Malfunctions or irregularities regarding email and web hosting can be reported via the contact button in your control panel or support@transip.eu.
