Public Cloud
Automate and scale a redundant cloud infrastructure with OpenStack
Redundant infrastructure
Construct your cloud infrastructure in our state-of-the-art datacentres.
Fully programmeable
Use the OpenStack API to scale up or down automatically.
Securely stored in the EU
Your data will always be stored in Europe. We are ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and NEN 7510 certified.
Build your own infrastructure. Own it.
OpenStack is an incredibly scalable platform that allows you to launch servers in a flash. Start small with a single web server, or go all out with a complex environment on web servers, database servers and load balancers. Thanks to the customisability OpenStack offers as a standard, you can build your infrastructure how you like it.
Discover how OpenStack can help you with your project
Would you like to discover if your project works with OpenStack? Or are you curious to the optimisation options within the platform? Make an appointment with one of our OpenStack experts. We can discuss the wants and needs and see if OpenStack is the right fit for your project.
The latest and greatest: AMS2
Our three datacenters work with the AMS2-region. You get the latest updates and features, such as load balancing (Octavia), secret management (Barbican) and volume backups (Cinder).
Only pay for what you use
Redundant infrastructure
OpenStack is software defined, but the hardware and the setup is what mostly defines performance, redundance and stability. Within our infrastructure, we use powerful Dell EMC PowerEdge servers, known for their reliability and performance.
Redundance is built into all the layers of our infrastructure. Our platfom is spread out across three state of the art, self-sufficient datacenters. Between the datacenters, our connectivity capacity is extensive (120 Gbps). Apart from that, within each datacentre we have a software solution for storage capacity which allows the simultaneous storage of 3 copies of your data, spread out over three different racks.
Programmable infrastructure
Public Cloud is easily managed through the userfriendly Horizon dashboard. For more advanced users, the OpenStack API is available via command line, which allows you to preprogram actions such as automatic up- and downscaling of instances or the frequency of your snapshots. OpenStack is also easily combined with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
Infrastructure-as-Code
OpenStack allows you to use the DevOps methods and open source tools you already have in daily rotation. Think Infrastructure-as-Code applications, such as Terraform, that allow you to deliver a deployment quickly and repeatedly.
Active opensource community
OpenStack is one of the most active opensource projects in the world and is being used by a number of major mission critical infrastructures, such as NASA. If you have any questions, there is a good chance the OpenStack Community has the answer for you.
Discover OpenStack for 30 days
We believe that the transfer to OpenStack should be a well-thought-out choice. That's why we offer the first 30 days of OpenStack and the instances you use for free.
Signing up for the trial period is easy: you only need a TransIP account. If you don't have one yet, you'll only be charged a € 1.- verification fee.
