Divi and Elementor are popular WordPress page builders for those who don’t like using WordPress’s built-in builder. With these page builders, it sometimes happens that an (automatic) update causes your website or the builder to stop working.
In this case, you can choose to install an older version that your website still works with. Fortunately, both builders have built-in version control, which makes it easy to revert to a previous installation.
Before you change the version, always make a backup of your current website. That way, you can always go back. We automatically save backups of your web hosting package. You can also manually back up your database and website files.
Elementor
Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
Go to Elementor - > Tools and then click the Version Control tab.

You can now select an older version from the drop-down menu next to Rollback Version. The previous version is already selected by default. Once the desired version is selected, click the button next to it (Reinstall vX.X.X) to install the older version.
Divi
If you use Divi and experience issues after a recent update, you can always revert to the previous version, provided you are using version 3.6 or higher.
Within your WordPress Dashboard, go to Divi -> Theme Options and click on the 'Updates' tab. Here you will find a button to directly install the previous version of Divi.
